由當時YC總裁，矽谷知名風投家Sam Altman在Standford所開設的課程。

課程邀請了許多知名創業家來講課，並且課程的教材也包含了他們寫的文章，非常值得拜讀。

如何去啟發一個idea
- 從自身的問題開始解決
- Ask your mission.
- Live in the future and build what seems interesting.
一開始只需專注在小市場，特定的使用者，並快速的iteration and pivot。
- Competition is okay if in the future this market will grow up.
前期雇用的人對公司未來的文化是如此重要，需要花50%以上的時間在hire。
- Companies are a product of the team the founders build.
- Sell your mission to your candidates.
公司的指南針就是Growth
- Richard Feynman said that if you just keep following the truth you’ll discover cooler things than you could ever have made up. For startups, growth is a constraint much like truth.
